Know the questions before you walk in.
Answer them using your own research.
You send the job advert and your CV. You get back the questions this panel is most likely to ask, model answers built from your real experiments, a brief on the company and role, and a salary script. Specific to that one interview, nothing generic.
Not a CV service. Not a recruiter.
You bring one specific job you're applying for. I build you a prep pack for that exact interview: researched, written, and self-checked against the advert, so you walk in ready instead of guessing.

Why me
I've lived the move you're trying to make: academia, then diagnostics, then industry, then drug discovery. Today I work inside pharma R&D as a Scientist at a major UK company, screening oncology molecules and sitting close to the hiring side of the bench. I know what makes a panel lean in, and what quietly loses the offer. This service is that knowledge, written down for the exact role you're chasing.
Two problems, two fixes
Most scientists are stopped in two different places. Fix the one that is stopping you, or fix both for one role.
1. The filter, before the interview
Your CV is screened out by keyword filters and a six-second human scan before anyone reads it properly. The CV Reset gets you past it. Start with the free ten-minute check.
Run the free filter check2. The interview itself
Once you are in the room, the interview dossier prepares you for that exact panel: the likely questions, model answers from your own work, and a salary script.

Questions people ask before they buy
Why are you anonymous?
I still work as a scientist inside UK pharma, so I keep my employer and my name out of it. That is about protecting my day job, not hiding from you. The best proof of who I am is the work itself: read the full example dossier and judge the quality for yourself.
What happens to my CV and job advert?
They are used only to build your pack, and nothing else. I never share them, never add you to a list, and I delete them on request once your pack is delivered.
What if it does not help?
I take a few clients at a time and turn down jobs I cannot genuinely improve. Before you pay, send me the role and I will tell you honestly whether I can add real value.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
A general tool gives you plausible questions. It cannot tell you which of them a real industry panel actually leans on, or how they want them answered, because it has never sat on the hiring side. That calibration, drawn from working inside pharma R&D, is the whole point of the pack.
How long does it take?
A 48-hour turnaround is available. Send the role and your interview date and I will confirm the timing before we start.
Tell me the job you're going for.
I take a few clients at a time so each order gets real attention. Send the role and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
Your CV is used only to build your pack and is never shared.
No spam, no list. One human reading every reply.
